Facilities & Services

 The Parkway Village Clubhouse is located near the west entrance of the community at 4242 North Capistrano Drive.

The clubhouse is available for Parkway Village residents to rent for parties, showers and get-togethers.  The rental fee is $150 and the security deposit is $300.

If you would like to check availablity of the clubhouse for your next party, please contact Linda Schilz at Linsch Management for details.

 There are two tennis courts available for residents to use.  A key is provided for each residence and provides access to the pool and tennis areas.  Guests are always welcome if they are accompanied by a resident.

Tennis court hours are 8:00 am until 10:00 pm.

 Open to residents with a Member Access Key.

If you lose your key, a replacement can be purchased by contacting Linda Schilz at Linsch Management. 

 Pool and hot tub hours:  6:00 am until 11:00 pm

 Open to residents with a Member Access Key.

A special key is necessary to access the pool, tennis courts, and fitness area.  Replacement pool/fitness room keys are $50.00 each.  To order a replacement please mail a check or money order to the following address and indicate “Pool Key” in the check’s memo section.

Security is important to us! We experience a very low crime rate in our neighborhood according to the Dallas Police Department.

We have video surveillance 24x7 for our facilities, common areas and main entrance.

 Both the Women's and Men's Restrooms have showers and a sauna.  Both Sauna's have been fully reconditioned in 2019 with new heaters.

The swimming pool has been resurfaced, new tile and coping added along with the pool deck refinished. Project completed July 2020 and open for use during regular pool hours.

The tennis court surfaces were refinished during 2021 with the addition of two pickle ball courts, new nets and pickle ball nets.

Already accomplished in 2022 is reworking and refinishing of the clubhouse pool deck along with new handrails. A new entrance deck on the west side and a new pool equipment shed have also been completed.

 Parkway Village continues to maintain high standards of excellence for its landscaping and overall appearance of the community. 

Care is taken by the board of directors and property management to maintain a beautiful landscaped atmosphere for the residents.
